Situated behind the Police Headquarters in the old town this is a truly fascinating fort, residence of the ruling family until the early 1960s. The museum houses an intriguing collection of archaeological and ethnological artefacts. Open from 8 a.m. to12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except Tuesday. Admission Dh 2 for adults, children Dh1.
